Got up this morning and went to the gym. New week, new circuit training. The details can be found here:
It’s similar to last week’s workout, but some of the moves are a little more advanced. Glad to get that out of the way this morning.
4:45am wakeup call? Not good. Getting my workout in before work? Very good.
This morning’s juice is the same as yesterday: beet, carrot, apple, and ginger.
This afternoon’s juice is a bit different as I ran out of spinach (I’m going through veggies like there’s no tomorrow!): bok choy, celery, parsley, alfalfa sprouts, green apple, cucumber. I’ll give you a verdict in my next post.
Not much to say today, so I will end it here. Thirteen more days until we head back to Canada for the summer. Woo hoo! 😀
