Wicked awesome Brennie workout yesterday!!
We did Upper, Lower, Whole yesterday (see previous posts on this workout for details) and it was totally kick-ass!
Remember those giant mats we used to have in school? The ones that we would use for landing after performing a high jump? They kinda look like old-school WWF wrestling mats. Well, we had to push one of those from one end of the gym to the other. You wouldn’t think one of those bad boys would be so heavy, but it took two of us (and quite a bit of grunting!) to push that bloody thing! My calves and hamstrings are still aching! But man, it was goooooooood!!
At one point, I did feel like throwing up again, but I kept myself in check. Come on, body! I’m not working you that hard, am I??
Yesterday’s juice was brought to you (actually, me) by carrots, cucumbers, and apples. Yum-o! I wonder what’s in store for me today…?
