Ready for the 5 minute workout?

Yes I am!!

Tuesday’s Tyrannical Workout with Brendan was (if I may say so) one of my favorites. Even though there are some moves here that I can’t stand (burpees, anyone?), I like it because I really feel like I’m working every muscle in my body in the least amount of time. That hour goes by so fast!

And you know what? No vomiting!

I’m not sure if I’m happy or sad about that…

Ironically, Brendan told me that he had a helluva workout the other day where he nearly heaved. I love that he tells me this with such pride! This athletic sub-culture is one that I’ve really got to get used to…
