Some of you will be mad at me, I know, but I just had to go running this morning.
And run I did! 🙂
I do believe I ran my fastest pace ever! It’s like this plantar fasciitis has given me super-powers or something!
Will I stretch and ice my foot again tonight?
Will I be paying for this tomorrow?
My yoga mat is currently in the wash. I’ve been advised that I should probably take up yoga while I let my foot heal. I’m going to give it a try. It may not be the cardio I’m looking for, but at least it’s something. And I have to admit, I do worry that I will make my PF worse by continuing to run on it. But it’s just not fair!
I just start to run further, I just start to run at a better pace, and I get injured.
Why, running gods, why??
